What tablets does RhinoPass run on?

Android and iPad tablets. A 10-inch tablet in landscape works best.

Can visitors use it in French?

Yes. Every screen is in English and French, chosen from the device location, and visitors can switch on the home screen.

Do visitors need a code to check out?

No. They tap Check out, find their name and confirm.

How long is visitor data kept?

You choose: 30 days, 90 days, 1 year or a custom period. After that, personal data and photos are deleted.

Can we add features later?

Yes. Start on Core and switch on add-on services from your dashboard when you need them.
